Brushes and brushholders

Spindle motors

The spindle motor is responsible for the correct working parameters of the tool in the cutting process. What spindle drive to choose when building a machine? We need to take into account the material that will be processed and then select the appropriate spindle parameters: torque, power and speed. Good knowledge of the relationship between these three parameters of electric motors can also be very helpful when choosing a replacement for a damaged spindle motor.

DC motors

DC motors are characterized by simplicity of use that we owe to the uncomplicated control system. However, the DC motor requires periodic inspections: replacement of bearings, brushes, verification of the commutator condition. The engine may be damaged if it is neglected. The availability of new DC motors negligible and the production time usually takes from a few to several dozen weeks. Induction motors

Stepper motors

Stepper motors are also called stroke motors. It is a pulse-powered electric motor, the characteristic feature of which is the ability to move at a strictly defined angle of rotation. Thanks to its simple structure and control, as well as the possibility of positioning, it is a model willingly used in the construction of positioning systems and adjustment devices.

Stators

Stators are an essential component of electric motors used in various industrial automation applications.
