PLC Systems
PLC systems, i.e. Programmable Logic Controllers, receive input signals from sensors and implement programmed algorithms based on their states. External devices send signals to digital or analog PLC inputs, and then convert them to logic signals that can be read by the CPU. Compact control devices (programmable relays) support a small number of inputs / outputs due to their narrow range of programming options.
In case of problems with the PLC system, we provide diagnostics and repair of communication systems, tests and repairs of I / O modules, tests and service of MPI, Profibus, Ethernet, Ethercat, AS Interface communication interfaces and others. We can repair: Input / Output islands, internal CPU converters, damaged internal CPU memory modules. If you have CCFL or LED backlight not working, we replace it. Take care of backups - we back up program data and driver settings.
CPU Modules
CPU modules are elements containing a processor that performs the main computing function in a given device. The processors may have different clock speeds and operational memory. Processors are made as integrated circuits, made of billions of transistors that perform basic arithmetic operations. CPU modules may also have built-in input / output cards and communication interfaces allowing for cooperation with other modules.

Extension modules
Expansion modules allow you to increase the functionality of the PLC. We divide them into compact and modular systems. The compact design allows you to connect several additional signals, while the modular design for a larger number of signals. Extension modules use a built-in interface to exchange data.
Power supply modules
PLC power supply modules allow uninterrupted operation in the event of problems with the power supply network. To choose the right PLC power supply, you must, among other things, consider the appropriate power and voltage. The PLC power supply may appear as a separate subassembly of the controller or constitute its integral part.
Rack modules
Rack modules are housings for automation devices that enable them to be mounted on a rail in a control cabinet. These modules have slots for specific components such as controllers, power supplies, industrial computers or relays. The enclosures are usually mounted on 35mm DIN rails. We can also distinguish server rack cabinets in which the main server and switchgear are located.
PLC subassemblies
PLC subassemblies are all components of the controller and its peripherals. These include housings, I / O modules, power supplies and communication modules. PLC controllers, depending on the model and manufacturer, may differ in the size of memory, processor speed, number of inputs and outputs. Each controller also has communication modules that can be built into the device or purchased independently and physically attached to the controller. The drivers also have built-in power supplies that allow the device to work, as well as power peripherals.
Software, memory cards
Memory cards are used to store data in a non-volatile manner. In the event of a power failure, only data remains on the memory cards. Cards can be purchased for most PLC controllers, such as Siemens, B&R or Mitsubishi. They differ in write speed and memory size. The software dedicated to each automation device allows you to configure it in such a way as to best fulfill its task. Each manufacturer provides their own software for their devices, which requires the purchase of a license.
