Motors and servomotors
AC or DC electric motors are found in every modern industrial machine. How do I fix an electric motor malfunction? Replacing a damaged machine drive is the fastest method. Check the offer of industrial motors for machines and production robots. Here you will find brush and BLDC direct current motors, synchronous and asynchronous (induction) AC motors, stepper motors, servo motors. An alternative to replacement is the repair of industrial engines. Learn more what a professional service for electric motors should offer.
Encoders
Encoders are a type of motion control sensor that provides feedback to the control system. Specifies the position of individual elements, angle of rotation, speed, acceleration, direction of movement, and distance. We can divide encoders according to the specificity of the output signal. We distinguish between incremental and absolute encoders. Absolute encoders remember the current position even after the power is turned off. The described encoders generate a code signal, which in an analog form informs about the exact parameters of each position. Whereas, incremental encoders measure the angular position by counting the pulses placed on the dial..
Servomotors
Servo motors are used in all machines where it is required to check the exact position of the shaft position and the engine speed. The servomotor is an electric motor with various types of measuring system and the servo drive is responsible for controlling their operation. Replacing a damaged servo motor in a CNC machine often involves the need for an axis homing process.
The main symptoms of servo motor damage are: loud and uneven motor operation, drive communication error, encoder error, overcurrent error, information about exceeding the controller operating temperature. Servo motor repairs are a quick and effective way to restore production during machine failure.
Transmissions and gears
Gears are mechanisms that transfer energy from one element to another, while changing motion parameters. The gears allow you to change the speed, force, torque, frequency and angle of rotation. The measure of the transmission is the geometric, kinetic and dynamic ratio.
Other
AC / DC motor subassemblies are all the components that make up the motor housing and inside it. AC and DC motor components include, but are not limited to, the front and rear mounts, motor connector receptacle, terminal block cover, and shaft mounting pulleys. In addition, the motors can have built-in brakes, as well as encoders that allow you to read speed and position.

Brakes
Brakes allow you to control moving parts of the machine - reducing their speed or stopping them completely.
Brakes are divided into:
- electric brakes - are used to stop the working elements of the machine in a certain position and increase work safety,
- hydraulic brakes - they are used mainly in car and bicycle vehicles, they ensure equal distribution of braking force,
- pneumatic brake - the working factor is air pressure, an actuator connected to the air reservoir controls the system and reduces speed
Brushes and brushholders
Brushes and brush holders are one of the basic elements of the AC and DC motor construction. The brushes provide electrical contact between the two moving parts of the engine. Brushes and brush holders are available in various shapes, sizes and grades, depending on the needs.
Couplings
The clutch is used to connect two shafts: drive and driven, and to transmit torque between them. Clutches can be divided according to the way the members are connected, the direction of power transmission or speed.
Greases and lubricants
From SKF tests, approximately 36% of bearing damage is caused by the use of the wrong grease or the wrong lubrication method. How to choose the right bearing grease? We must take into account working conditions such as: load, temperature, speed. Does the bearing work in an environment with heavy dirt or is in contact with water? The grease for the food industry will have appropriate certificates allowing it to be used in the food production process.

Spindle motors
The spindle motor is responsible for the correct working parameters of the tool in the cutting process. What spindle drive to choose when building a machine? We need to take into account the material that will be processed and then select the appropriate spindle parameters: torque, power and speed. Good knowledge of the relationship between these three parameters of electric motors can also be very helpful when choosing a replacement for a damaged spindle motor.
DC motors
DC motors are characterized by simplicity of use that we owe to the uncomplicated control system. However, the DC motor requires periodic inspections: replacement of bearings, brushes, verification of the commutator condition. The engine may be damaged if it is neglected. The availability of new DC motors negligible and the production time usually takes from a few to several dozen weeks. Choose used DC motors with warranty or use the service and repair a damaged DC motor.
Induction motors
Called electric or asynchronous. Induction motors are widely used to drive unregulated speed devices, especially in industry. Asynchronous motors are characterized by a simple and easy-to-maintain design in which the rotor rotates with a slip in relation to the rotating magnetic field.
Stepper motors
Stepper motors are also called stroke motors. It is a pulse-powered electric motor, the characteristic feature of which is the ability to move at a strictly defined angle of rotation. Thanks to its simple structure and control, as well as the possibility of positioning, it is a model willingly used in the construction of positioning systems and adjustment devices.
Tools
Repairs of AC and DC motors and servo drives require specialized tools. They facilitate the replacement of damage-sensitive parts, and the assembly or disassembly of the engine. Among the engine tools we distinguish: pneumatic wrenches and vices, bearing pullers, various sets of wrenches and control devices.
Measuring systems
Measurement systems consist of several segments connected in series. They are used to measure the required parameters. Sensors play the primary role in the measurement. We can perform measurements of, among others, temperature, pressure, distance, current and voltage. Among the measurement systems, we can distinguish measurement and control systems, electrical systems and signaling systems.

Rotors
At RGB Automatyka, we offer a variety of rotors, which are extremely important components in devices that use rotary motion. Rotors are moving parts of devices that rotate around an axis, and their function is to transfer kinetic energy so that work can be performed.
The RGB Automatyka store offers rotors for a variety of applications, such as for electric motors, fans, water pumps and industrial machinery. The rotors available in the store are made of high-quality materials, such as stainless steel, aluminum or plastics, which ensures their high strength and durability.
We also offer impellers with different technical parameters, such as diameter, length, blade shape or speed. All these parameters are important when selecting the right rotor for a specific application.
Our offer also includes spare parts for rotors and accessories that will help in the installation and use of rotors. All products offered are carefully selected and come from reputable manufacturers such as ALLEN-BRADLEY, BOSCH REXROTH, MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC or KOLLMORGEN SEIDEL, which guarantees their high quality and reliability. We invite you to take a look at our offer and choose the right rotor for your device.
Stators
Stators are an essential component of electric motors used in various industrial automation applications. As an industrial automation store, we offer a wide selection of stators to meet the needs of our customers.
A stator is a stationary component of an electric motor that surrounds the rotor, which rotates inside it. The stator consists of a core made of layers of laminated steel, covered with an insulating material to reduce eddy currents. The Stator's core has holes in which copper wire coils are placed. The coils are wound in a specific pattern that creates a magnetic field when an electric current flows through them. The magnetic field interacts with the rotor, causing it to rotate.
We offer Stators of different sizes and specifications to fit different types and applications of motors. Our Stators are made of high quality materials to ensure their durability. We also offer Stators with different winding patterns and winding types to match specific motor requirements.
