To shorten the repair time, prepare the unit well. Make sure that it contains everything we’ll need for accurate troubleshooting and repair.
Pack the device for shipment thoroughly to prevent any damage in transit.
If the equipment is sent in order to download some parameters, or software, attach their copies.
If you have documentation – attach it to the consignment.
If the device is a part of an assembly and it will not work without the full set, deliver complete equipment – it will allow us to fully verify proper operation after repair.
Attach as precise description of the fault as possible together with the circumstances of its occurrence. Describe where in the process or machine the specific device is used.
