After repair, every piece of equipment is thoroughly inspected on dedicated test stands, where functional and stress tests are performed.

Warranty: 24 months

Each repaired unit is cleaned and maintained in order to increase its service life.

Free unit pick-up within European Union

We will arrange unit collection with you as soon as we receive your order. A courier will pick up the package with your damaged equipment directly from the head office of your company.

Conditions:

1. We are able to repair nearly all faults, except devices that have:
   • irreperable mechanical damage to pcb
   • apparent repair attempts by other services
   • defective parts for which it is impossible to obtain replacements
2. Repair time is counted from the moment we receive the device.
3. If we are unable to repair the unit, we will offer an alternative solution to the problem.
4. In special cases, we reserve the right to change the date of repair execution after informing the client.
5. Devices must be sent with a fault description attached – lack of a fault description may cause delays in repair.

Our company carries out all repairs in Wroclaw.
