Force sensors and load cells
Force sensors and load cells are devices used in a variety of applications where force or load must be measured. Force sensors are used to measure force in one or more axes, while load cells allow for accurate weight measurement.
Force sensors consist of a rod or arm that changes its shape in response to an applied force. This deformable rod or arm contains a sensor in the form of a resistance or capacitance that changes its value depending on the force. The signal from the sensor is then amplified and processed with specialized electronics to produce an accurate measurement of the force.
Load cells consist of a metal plate that deforms under the pressure of an object. This deformed material causes a change in the cell's internal electrical resistance, which allows the weight to be measured. Load cells are accurate and sensitive, making them used in a variety of applications such as the food, medical and laboratory industries.
Force sensors and load cells are used in many fields such as industry, science, medicine and even in everyday life. They are used to measure force during material testing, structural strength testing, and quality control in manufacturing. Thanks to their precision and reliability, force sensors and load cells are indispensable in many applications requiring force or weight measurement.
In our industrial automation and electronics store, we carry force sensors and load cells from manufacturers such as: HONEYWELL, LAUMAS, OMEGA, TE CONNECTIVITY AND TEDEA HUNTLEIGH. The devices are new and tested. We can even ship the force sensor or load cell to you the same day.
Encoders
Encoders, i.e. rotation angle encoders, allow you to determine the number of turns and the exact angular position. The parameter characterizing the encoder is the number of pulses per revolution. Based on measurements, we divide them into absolute and incremental encoders.
Linear encoders
Rulers are used to determine the displacement of machine elements, speed and direction of this shift. They are used in the production of precision mechanical components. We distinguish between photoelectric, inductive, magnetic and capacitive lines.
The heads are an element that moves along the measuring scale and has scanning elements.
Sensors
Sensors and sensors are elements that provide information about a given device or object. We distinguish sensors: inductive, capacitive, laser, photoelectric, mechanical and limit sensors. Measurements performed by sensors include temperature, distance, pressure, presence, among others. Measurement can be performed by varying the voltage, resistance or capacitance.

Others
Measurement devices are the basic equipment in modern industrial automation. Thanks to the measurements, we can easily determine the parameters of a given machine or product, which translates into the efficiency and accuracy of a given device. This category includes measuring systems and devices, e.g. sensors, scales, testers, and strips.
Resolvers
Resolvers are used to measure the angle, during rotation a voltage proportional to the position of the rotor is generated. The resolver is similar to a small electric motor.
Tachogenerators
Tachogenerators measure rotational speed by means of permanent magnet excitation, they do not require additional power supply. Tachogenerators (also called tachometric generators) create an AC voltage signal. This signal is proportional to the rotational speed of the propeller shaft.
