Other wires

The remaining cables enable powering the devices and their communication. Cables may differ in the number of wires, length and cross-section. Depending on the application, the cables can be terminated with various types of plugs and sockets, which are used to connect devices to each other and to communicate between them. Examples of connectors include RJ45, VGA, Jack, and USB. When selecting a cable, pay attention to the number of transmitted signals, the communication protocol used and the maximum current that can flow through a given cable.
