Servomotors
Servo motors are used in all machines where it is required to check the exact position of the shaft position and the engine speed. The servomotor is an electric motor with various types of measuring system and the servo drive is responsible for controlling their operation. Replacing a damaged servo motor in a CNC machine often involves the need for an axis homing process.

Brakes
Brakes allow you to control moving parts of the machine - reducing their speed or stopping them completely.
Brakes are divided into:
- electric brakes - are used to stop the working elements of the machine in a certain position and increase work safety,
- hydraulic brakes - they are used mainly in car and bicycle vehicles, they ensure equal distribution of braking force,
- pneumatic brake - the working factor is air pressure, an actuator connected to the air reservoir controls the system and reduces speed
Motor Brushes
Brushes and brush holders are one of the basic elements of the AC and DC motor construction. The brushes provide electrical contact between the two moving parts of the engine. Brushes and brush holders are available in various shapes, sizes and grades, depending on the needs.
Couplings
The clutch is used to connect two shafts: drive and driven, and to transmit torque between them. Clutches can be divided according to the way the members are connected, the direction of power transmission or speed.
Greases and lubricants
From SKF tests, approximately 36% of bearing damage is caused by the use of the wrong grease or the wrong lubrication method. How to choose the right bearing grease? We must take into account working conditions such as: load, temperature, speed. Does the bearing work in an environment with heavy dirt or is in contact with water? Spindle motors
The spindle motor is responsible for the correct working parameters of the tool in the cutting process. What spindle drive to choose when building a machine? We need to take into account the material that will be processed and then select the appropriate spindle parameters: torque, power and speed. Good knowledge of the relationship between these three parameters of electric motors can also be very helpful when choosing a replacement for a damaged spindle motor.
DC motors
DC motors are characterized by simplicity of use that we owe to the uncomplicated control system. However, the DC motor requires periodic inspections: replacement of bearings, brushes, verification of the commutator condition. The engine may be damaged if it is neglected. The availability of new DC motors negligible and the production time usually takes from a few to several dozen weeks. Choose used DC motors with warranty or use the service and repair a damaged DC motor.
Induction motors
Called electric or asynchronous. Induction motors are widely used to drive unregulated speed devices, especially in industry. Asynchronous motors are characterized by a simple and easy-to-maintain design in which the rotor rotates with a slip in relation to the rotating magnetic field.
Stepper motors
Stepper motors are also called stroke motors. It is a pulse-powered electric motor, the characteristic feature of which is the ability to move at a strictly defined angle of rotation. Thanks to its simple structure and control, as well as the possibility of positioning, it is a model willingly used in the construction of positioning systems and adjustment devices.

Stators
Stators are an essential component of electric motors used in various industrial automation applications. As an industrial automation store, we offer a wide selection of stators to meet the needs of our customers.
A stator is a stationary component of an electric motor that surrounds the rotor, which rotates inside it. The stator consists of a core made of layers of laminated steel, covered with an insulating material to reduce eddy currents. The Stator's core has holes in which copper wire coils are placed. The coils are wound in a specific pattern that creates a magnetic field when an electric current flows through them. The magnetic field interacts with the rotor, causing it to rotate.
