You order a repair

To order the repair of a specific device, you simply place your order from this site. Once you pass the entire purchasing process, we will receive your notification of repair.

We’ll call you

As soon as your notification will come to us – we’ll call you. We’ll determine a convenient time and place to send our courier during the phone call.

We send a courier for your device

When we determine the details with you, we will send a courier to you as soon as possible. If your application comes to us before noon, a courier can come to you on the same day.

We repair your device

We start repairing your device once it reaches our service. We have 5 days for this (or 2 days in the Express option). If we don’t manage to fix the device within this time – you’ll get your money back. We grant 12 months warranty on the repaired device.

We return the device safely packed

We immediately return the device back to you when we repair it. It reaches you without any damage during transport – to ensure this, we pack it in the safest way we know.
