Service description:

The service enables repair orders and collection of the purchased device outside the company's working hours. From Monday to Friday, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, our employees are prepared to provide you with express assistance.

 

Conditions for using the service:

The condition for using the service is to submit a signed order form for "Service 24/7" and paying the fee as set out in the "Service 24/7" fee price list.

 

How do I report my wish to use the service?

By phone to the 24-hour emergency hotline +48 717 186 939. A consultant from the hotline will talk you through all the formalities related to the use of the service and make an appointment for the time of receipt/collection of the device at the RGB Electronics office.

 

Order response time:

The response time to reported production downtimes related to industrial automation failure is a priority for us. We will be ready to receive or give away the device within 4 hours of receiving the order.

 

What is the fee for using the service?

Choosing the "Service 24/7" option involves paying a non-refundable fee of PLN 3,000.00 net, which is charged for opening the company out of standard working hours. The cost of the repair service or the price of the purchased equipment must be summed up with the aforementioned amount of PLN 3,000.00 net.

 

How is the repair carried out from the moment of delivering the device?

A consultant will be waiting for you at the customer service point to collect the device and complete all formalities. The device will be handed over for service. Our consultant will be at your disposal for the entire duration of the service work. First, we will verify the condition of the device and if it is possible to repair it. You will receive an offer containing the cost of the repair and the quickest possible time needed to complete the repair. If you accept the terms of the offer, we will proceed immediately. If possible, we will repair it the same day.

 

Warranty for the device received:

All repaired and sold devices have up to 24-month warranty.
