We will arrange unit collection with you as soon as we receive your order. A courier will pick up the package with your damaged equipment directly from the head office of your company.

- apparent repair attempts by other services
- defective parts for which it is impossible to obtain replacements
- Evaluation time is counted from the moment we receive the device.
- If we are unable to repair the unit, we will offer an alternative solution to the problem.
- Devices must be sent with a fault description attached – lack of a fault description may cause delays in repair.
Our company carries out all repairs in Wroclaw.
